of Ob-serve software (including the production of Management Accounts).

service so that you can benefit from a significant time saving and concentrate

If documents for one VAT period are received
in the following VAT period then returns will be produced within 5 working
days.
Full bank reconciliation & cash balance
procedure to pick up all entries.
Generation of VAT return, catering for all UK retail and pharmacy
VAT schemes.
From your April 2019 VAT return, Ob-serve will submit your return
direct to HMRC, in compliance with MTD.
Accurate monthly 'up-to-date' management accounts
(Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) will be returned based
on the actual NHS income received. Sample

Multi-shop businesses will receive a separate
P&L for each shop where stock purchases can be split.
Once NHS schedules are available, you’ll
receive a retrospective Profit & Loss relating to the actual month’s
prescriptions.
NPA payment schedule generated automatically
for those users that wish to pay via the clearing house in the following
month.
Potential savings on year-end audit and accountancy
fees since all schedules will be provided for your accountant.
Work supervised by experienced pharmacy sector

Optional participation in the NPA interfirm

If subscribers to this service optionally buy the
Ob-serve Pharmacist software then they will be supplied with a copy of
the computerised data at the end of each month, enabling them to analyse
the information, track payments etc at any time.
