We are happy to support your requirements on a 'time spent' basis and run our own 'Web Assistant' software to facilitate connecting up to your computer and taking control of it remotely to sort out your problems as and when required.

I've decided I want a brand new computer. What's on offer?
We source most current-model computers from Lenovo (formerly IBM), which have proved incredibly reliable over the last 10 years & are also excellent value for money. Their range of laptop / netbook and 2 in 1 (laptop with additional touch screen tablet mode) computers is ideal for business users 'on the move'. These machines have a respectable battery life and can be connected to a standard keyboard and monitor when you're in the office. Machines can be specified with either Windows 7 or Windows 10 depending on customer preference.

I'm on a limited budget. Are there any other options?
Yes! Don't worry. For some users a state of the art PC is overkill. There are a number of excellent-value options if this is you. We can normally source end-of-line stock (1-2 years since it was cutting-edge) for a fraction of the price of current models. The normal manufacturer's warranty applies to all these. Second-user PCs are also excellent value for money, but still come with a warranty. If you only want the computer for your Ob-serve software, this could be ideal.

I just need a new printer/scanner/backup solution. Do you do these too?
Of course. If you have any special requests, please ask. We can provide and configure excellent free backup software remotely to ensure that your valuable data is protected on a regular basis.
